10 Minute Instant Pot Salsa Chicken


The Instant Pot is easily one of my favorite kitchen appliances. If you don't have one, you can also make this in a slow cooker on high for 4 hours!


10 Minute Instant Pot Salsa Chicken

Serves 4


  • 1 lb organic boneless skinless chicken breasts

  • 2 cloves minced garlic

  • 16 oz jar of salsa

  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin 


  1. Add all ingredients to Instant Pot, mix together, close the lid and set to manual or poultry mode for 10 minutes.

  2. Release the pressure manually, remove the lid and shred chicken with two forks. Serve over corn tortillas with shredded lettuce, red onion, avocado, cheese and cilantro.
