Grass-Finished Beef Burgers


 Choosing grass-finished ground beef gives this recipe an extra boost of omega-3 and antioxidants!


Grass-Finished Beef Burgers

Serves 4


  • 1lb grass finished ground beef

  • Half an onion, diced

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • Salt and pepper, to taste


  1. Add all ingredients to a large bowl, mix by hand until just combined and form into four patties.

  2. Heat oil in a large cast iron skillet over medium heat, add the burgers and cook for 4-5 minutes until browned. Flip and cook an additional 2-3 minutes.

  3. Remove from heat, let rest and serve with toppings of choice and sweet potato fries.
