Grilled Herb Butter Shrimp & Scallops

Nothing says summer like seafood on the grill! Pair with lots of veggies like broccolini, zucchini and potatoes.


Grilled Herb Butter Shrimp & Scallops

Serves 2-4



  1. Melt herb butter in the microwave and set aside half for serving. Rinse and dry the shrimp and scallops and place on a grill tray or on skewers.

  2. Baste with herb butter and grill on medium heat for about 3 minutes per side or until opaque. Serve with the reserved butter and lemon juice.
