These chicken tenders are just like the classics you grew up with but completely gluten free!

Quinoa Flake Crusted Chicken Tenders

Serves 4


  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken tenders

  • 2 eggs, whisked

  • 1 cup Ancient Harvest quinoa flakes

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • ½ teaspoon pepper

  • ½ teaspoon dried parsley

  • ¼ teaspoon paprika


  1. In a small bowl, stir together the quinoa flakes and seasonings.

  2. Dip each chicken tender in egg wash then coat with the quinoa flake mixture.

  3. Heat avocado oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken tenders for 3-4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
